Detailed Product Description
PVC card making material/digital printing material well solved the disadvantages like big investment but low speed from the theramal printing,etc.It has the features of quick,convenient and easy to operate,which realize the on-spot card-making and office card making.
PVC I type no-laminating material consist of
0.25 printing material + 0.28 middle material +0.25 printing material
.
Producing procedure:
1,Mirro -print the image on the printing material ,dry the ink completely about 5-10minutes
2,Remove the protection film on the middle material ,put the printed material right on both side of the middle material ,then go through the laminator ,set temperature 150-180C.
3,Cut the laminated sheet into standard card ,remove the protection film from the surface of the card
