Detailed Product Description
PVC Card-making by no-laminating well solved the disadvantages like big investment but low speed from the theramal printing,etc.It has the features of quick,convenient and easy to operate,which realize the on-spot card-making and office card making.
PVC II type printing material consist of :
0.15printing material+0.46middle material +0.15printing material.
Producing procedure
1,Mirror print the image on the printing material .dry the ink completely about 5-10 minutes
2,Remove the protection film on the middle material ,put the printed material right on both side of the middle material,then go through the laminator ,set temperature 150-180C.
3,cut the laminated sheet into standard card, remove the protection film from the surface of the card.
