PVC Card-making MATERIAL by no-laminating well solved the disadvantages like big investment but low speed from the theramal printing,etc.It has the features of quick,convenient and easy to operate,which realize the on-spot card-making and office card making.

  No-laminate Card-making materials can be divided into two types:PVC and PET.They are suitable for inkjet printing type,laser printing and anti-uv printing.Besides,it can be also made special kinds.Such as ID card, Golden and Silver card ,Stict card , night luminous card ,tranparent card and so on.

Producing procedure:

1.       Mirror-print the image on the printing material,dry the ink completely (normal around 5-10 minutes).

2.       remove the protection film on the middle material,put the printed material right on both side of the middle material,then ,go through the laminator (set temperature around 150-180).

3.       Cut the laminated sheet into standard card,remove the protection film from the surface of the card..
